I've just had my eye test at the new branch premises and it's even better than in the old place. It's light and airy and the staff seem happier somehow. Everyone was polite and friendly and you feel very looked after. Again, I'd recommend Specsavers in Louth to anyone who wants good service and a great eye test, with so many members of the team who will help you in any way needed.

Great new building, layout is nice and spacious. Plenty of helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Staff member helped me quickly and easily pick frames that suit. Definitely recommend visiting this store.

Took my daughter for her first eye test, a very nervous and anxious girl to say the least. The staff were absolutely amazing with her in making sure she felt comfortable in her surrounding. Unfortunately my daughter was told that she has Myopia and would need to wear glasses all the time, this news didn’t go down particularly well with my daughter but the staff were on hand to help. Manager Daniel came over to help and fully explained to us what Myopia is, how to manage myopia and even help us pick some funky glasses! He was very professional, empathetic and a true credit to the business.

Overall very good when I ask to go to the the toilet I was told to go to Costa coffee next door after spending £165 in store. Had to show my need to go card as I have Crohn's and needed the toilet urgently, I was eventually shown to toilet labeled men/women. Wasn't happy being refused to use the toilet there should be customer loos as a big store..

Good service great staff ..had a few issues with recently bought pair of glasses from them. They tried to sort them out
I think i chose the wrong frame design..and i shouldnt have had the special anti glare coating.as it makes them dreadful to try and clean ..

Every time I went into the branch, the staff at the service desk were unfriendly bordering on rude, and treated me like a leper. The person on the service desk when I went to pick up my specs at 16:30 Thursday 13/02/2024 was by far the worst. I had to ask if someone would be fitting my specs, after she vaguelly waved me to sit down. She grunted, "Yes," in a very contemptuous way. I was allocated a junior member of staff and noticed that the unfriendly person decided sh liked the next people who walked into the branch more than me, so she saw to them personally. In my opinion, cherry-picking customers is a trait that does not belong to this century, nor does the attitude among all three receptionists I had to face.

The optometrist was also unfriendly and never permitted me any input or feedback during the test procedure. She never listened to me and she never paid any attention to the specific distances and field sizes I needed for my varifocal occupational glasses, nor my varifocal distance glasses. Consequently all three pairs of glasses were useless to me, so I got a refund on the day and calmly stated that I have no further use for Specsavers.

Thank goodness I discovered the marvellous Louth Vision Centre, just 100 yards away.

Did a great job of wax removal and then shoot ten days later I had a hearing test. Very efficient staff on both occasions.
It was also great to hear I could have this done at Horncastle and didn't have to travel all the way to Louth.

Specsavers have always been brilliant with Me , that is why I have used them for the last 25 years + !! Lovely professional Staff that are very welcoming, & as always a totally stress free experience !!
