I am a first time buyer so I didn't really know what to expect but I was amazingly impressed by Luke's service. I had my mortgage in principle sorted within an hour of giving him the information he needed. He was very fast, efficient and I truly believe that without him and his contact with the estate agent and his fast work in sorting me out the best deal, I wouldn't have had my offer accepted. Luke was absolutely fantastic right from day one. We were quite worried about the stress of getting a mortgage and didn’t really know what we were doing as we were first time buyers. I couldn't recommend Luke Spellman highly enough. His replies were always instant- he even answered a mortgage related question on his birthday. He always has time for his customers and he bends over backwards to give them the service they need. He got the work done crazy fast, he is polite, incredibly informative, and just a general pleasure to work with. He even offered to keep our mortgage interests rates down in years to come. Seriously, you need to 100% go with this guy. I will be directing everyone to him that needs the same kind of assistance that I did. His prices are very affordable too!
