Our holiday property is very well managed by Short Stay St Andrews. We have been with them for over 4 years.The office team are friendly, helpful and always speedy to respond to any questions we have. Nothing is too much trouble. Any work that needs done in the property is handled quickly.Our bookings are increasing steadily each year which is great news for our income. The cleaning team are very efficient and do a great job. We are assisted in identifying areas in our property that can be improved which means the standard is kept high. We are very happy to continue working with the Short Stay team.

St Andrews Property Co have made letting very easy. I have been very happy indeed with the service Jordan and team offer. My house gets very well looked after and guests always comment on how clean it is. I wouldn't be able to keep up with the turn arounds myself. If any problems arise someone from Short Stay is always out quickly and deals with whatever it may be. They have a very high standard and do their utmost to keep it that way. I have found them very reliable in all ways and a very pleasant company to partnership with.

Not only do they manage our property as a let, they are able to effect repairs and renovations through their contacts with local contractors and other services. Their monthly statements and accounting is thorough as well. On top of that they’re nice people to deal with. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Jordan and team are amazing. We inherited a flat in St.Andrew’s in a run down condition that we had problems renting or selling. They helped us implement our renovation vision and brought manngreat ideas with them too, so we could maximise the potential of our flat.
Since then we have rented the property with them. They acted quickly during covid to comply with all the rules and allowed us to rent it safely while this was possible. The property is well maintained and we cannot recommend them enough!
