I was initially told by a different morgage broker, which I was advised to see through my estate agent, that I would never get a morgage with my circumstances and to try again in 2 years after half an hour.
Tom made it happen, he took the time to understand my situation and we got the best outcome for me and my family.
He made the experience as smooth and efficient as possible and kept me in the loop throughout the process.

My experience has been nothing short of excellent.
I'd come of the back of 1 troublesome purchase in 2023 because of pendantic lenders and messy relationship with another mortgage broker, and then a failed purchase because of an extremely difficult lender and same broker being completely incompetent.
