We had a valid claim and waited on Alfred for over 3 months with zero movement on the claim, no updates, zero response when reaching out to only have the claim half worked and denied. Alfred left out major details when working the claim. The broker would reach out to him via email with no response at all. She would call him and leave voice messages and he wouldn't return her calls. They also had a third party company work on the claim as well and the adjuster Crystol went MIA for weeks. She would request documents and photos which I would send and never reply back to say she received them. She popped up weeks later sending correspondence to an email address that doesn't even belong to the business requesting the same documents that had been sent weeks prior to. I stepped and called Alfred and he lied saying that they were almost done with the claim when in all actuality they had just started working the claim which was in February of 2023. I know this because that's when Crystol started requesting the documents that I had already sent to her in early November. These people shouldn't even be in business!
