Excellent service and very helpful and friendly staff. I needed cover for 3 months and had no problem getting a very competitive price. Online is very easy. I did need to contact someone for advice and again was easy to get in touch. My paperwork arrived quickly both via email and by post. I have used Staysure before and will definitely be using them again.

I personally have not need Staysure Travel Insurance thankfully. My wife did need their services 2 years ago which required a hospital visit. I can say they were very good and only a phone call a away to help out. Some of expenses had to be paid at the time my me. I paid a excess toward hospital bill. All costs were reimbursed one week after our return to the uk. I considered this to be excellent.

Took out the insurance for our holiday when I booked it in January after comparing with other insurers, this is the second time we have used Staysure. I found it to have more cover than others for the price & it was so easy to buy online. Four weeks before our trip my husband had a heart attack. After being told he would beable to travel I contacted Staysure & after a few medical questions the insurance was updated for the necessary cover & the additional fee was taken over the phone. It was so quick & easy to update it & adviser was really friendly & helpful. Will definitely be using Staysure for our next trip & highly recommend them
