Amazing!! We have had first class help from this business, firstly the receptionist was so helpful, yesterday they came and picked up my damaged vehicle and took it to Newark, the gentleman who collected was polite and lovely.
24 hours later we receive a call to say damage repaired, car valeted and was returned looking new

Excellent service and workmanship.
Mark, Chloe, Josh and the whole team at Steer Newark gave us a brilliant experience during the repair of our family car after it was badly damaged in an accident. They kept us fully informed of the cars progress at every stage of the repair and when the car was returned it looked absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

Great communication and fitted repair in around my schedule. Minimum delays as all parts were at the repair depot before the car was booked in. They even gave me a quote for other none accident related damage at reasonable price. Hopefully won't need their services in the future but would not hesitate to give them a call if required.

"A great team! I couldn't be any more happier with these guys." they even went the extra mile to refit a tyre on the oppersite side of the car that wasn't damaged & the young lady receptionist was full of cold and she still greeted me with a warm smile.

Steer provided excellent customer service from picking up my damaged car to it being returned. This is because as well as an excellent repair job, they kept me informed every step of the way with regular calls informing me of progress and the loan of a car when suppliers kept them waiting longer than expected. I recommend them as a first class organisation.

Steer performed a repair under my insurance claim. I am well aware that the fact my car was away for nearly a month had nothing to do with their part of the process. They simply didn't have my car on site for it to be repaired...

I was positively surprised with communication from their side and effort to make the repair as speedy as possible. I wish the insurance as well as recovery companies were on the same level...

Chloe has been excellent and endeavoured to keep me informed and updated with progress of the repair work being carried out during the time my car was with them. Upon close inspection of the repair work done all seems satisfactory and has been completed to a high standard. Well done to all involved.

Steer Newark repaired the damage to my car through my insurance. Their communication was excellent. I understand that the car repair industry is tough at the moment causing huge delays which I don’t think are any garage’s fault. Nevertheless they tried their hardest to get my car done as quickly as possible by successfully sourcing a part with a faster delivery date. I appreciate their effort. And the repair looked brilliant too. Happy all round.
