I can’t fault the service from Steer group, Scarlett was exceptional and resolved an issue we had with the insurance company that I was unable to achieve. The repair was prompt, excellent and the car was returned having been superbly valeted. No hesitation in recommended them.

Brilliant team. Paige and Scarlett both deserve a shout-out for excellent customer service, they checked in with me frequently while my car was in for repair to make sure I knew what was happening. I was able to leave my hire car there when I collected mine which saved a real headache, and my car (which was supremely muddy inside and out when it went to them) was given back to me looking spotless. I don’t recommend having a crash, but if you do, make sure your car goes to Steer.

I was worried they wouldn’t match the colour but must say I’m very impressed with the work done cannot fault them at all.. my car was valeted to a very high standard..
