A period following a motor vehlcle accident is always a stressful time. It was particularly so in our case as the car ( a brand new Toyota) was hit by a careless driver on the journey after being collected from the main dealer. We used Steer Prestige as our local Toyota approved dealer which was essential to preseve the warranty on the car.
We have been delighted with the service provided by this company throughout the whole process from initial assessment of the damage to final collection of the repaired vehicle. All the staff have acted in very professional and friendly manner and the standard of workmanship is superb so that the car is now indistinguishable from its condition when we collected it from the showroom. In particularly we would like to thank Stephanie, the lady in reception who kept us updated regularly on progress of the job, and to all the staff involved in carrying out the work.
