I have instructed Steren Surveyors to conduct a full building survey on a property I was looking to purchase. Jason was super friendly and highly professional and had provided me with a detailed and comprehensive report which gave me the peace of mind to carry on with the purchase and discuss any urgent issues with the seller. Jason was also available and happy to give me some follow up assistance to do with specific issues he had raised and further explained and went into great detail upon request. I initially spoke with Dan, who's advised me to opt for a level 2 Home Buyer report. Dan was very warm and reassuring and put me at ease. The survey was carried out by Jason, very quickly and a full report was sent to me via email and then post, when requested. I later spoke with Jason, to go over the survey. Dan was very helpful on my initial enquiry and then Jason carried out a very detailed 100 page survey with lots of photographs. Of particular help was that I was able to have good post survey discussions with Jason, which was very useful for my understanding of the property and with our decision making.

I was incredibly happy with the service I received from Steren Surveyors. They were slightly more expensive than some other surveyors but were absolutely worth the additional cost. They were able to book in my survey very quickly when a cancellation came up and got the results back to me promptly. I was particularly impressed by the time that the surveyor took to go through the results with me - he spent over half an hour answering my questions and explaining what the findings really meant. Because of this I had was able to go back to the buyers and clarify several concerns, allowing me to complete my purchase with confidence. Thoroughly recommended.
