I can’t praise Megan enough. She supported us getting a mortgage for our recent house purchase and was incredibly helpful throughout.

Megan at the Torpoint branch was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable helping me to secure my first mortgage. I approached Megan to help with my first mortgage on a recommendation and because of the reviews I saw online. This mistake almost cost me my first home.

When I initially met Megan she promised she could secure me a great mortgage, she began applying for the top deals and one after another we had a problem where I hadn't been properly prequalified so wasn't actually eligible for the mortgage or the requested amount was above what that bank would offer in my circumstances.

I had to regularly chase Megan about the issues that were resulting from frivolous applications, before eventually instructing her to cease any further activity.

I immediately found another mortgage advisor as I was about to lose my house, they were really honest about the previous mistakes meaning that there was a real possibility this could not be salvaged. I was so lucky to find another deal.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but I am concerned that as a first time buyer I almost lost my home because of the negligence of a qualified professional. I wouldn't consider using this company again.
