I have been using Phil’s services since 2019 and he is fantastic. He goes above and beyond to make sure the service is right for you. We have appreciated all his hard work to source us a mortgage provider for our last two mortgages (and remortgage). Especially when we had issues with securing our second mortgage with one mortgage provider in particular. He did his due diligence to find another one that was right for us. Reassuring us that there were different options we could consider and it wasn’t the end of our move. His knowledge of products and connections to get the best rates are excellent.

Phil is on hand to provide his service and reassurance in a timely and empathetic manner resonating with how the customer feels. Often working on his own time outside of work hours to do that. He works harder than anyone I know. Phil has applied for rates then before they have commenced contacted again to offer better rates if they come available (cutting out the amount of profit he would gain from the deal. Thus, providing the best at his expense). Particularly with the cost of living crisis, he rang 6 months before our latest deal to arrange a deal as a form of comfort blanket in case the situation with rates worsened and then a month before it started reviewed our rate and managed to secure us an even better.

I have advised anyone I know to take up Phil’s offer of his services. The service comes at no cost to us as customers! It’s genuinely priceless. Thanks Phil for your hard work. And team including Nick Walmsley who arranged top drawer life insurance for me too with such care.

I first met Phil around 16 years ago when I visited him for mortgage advice and he helped me buy my first home. Im now 3 homes and several mortgage renewal/ changes down the line and always come back to Phil. He is an honest decent man that I trust will always do his best for me. Most importantly got a mortgage approved in very quick time which is most important to us.
