Have had a policy with Store and Insure over the last year. Jeremy has always been a pleasure to deal with and is quick to respond to emails and update details of storage/value etc when required.

Recent pricing increase (first in 4 years); to me, this equated an extra £1 a month. I believe that this still provides good value and remains cheaper than using the insurance provided by most/all storage companies. Recommend.

I have found their service to be of the highest standards with very clear and simple to understand documentation. The system used to notify a 3rd party of the policy details is excellent, whereby leaving the policy holder free of concerns about a lapsing policy, everything is done automatically until the policy holder decides to cancel the policy. The policy premiums are also very competitive with flexibility to cover all requirements.

I contacted their admin with the request to delete my account (I haven't used their service, because I've already found a flaw in them), yet no reply. That's not great - I wouldn't recommend dealing with the company that clearly doesn't operate in the clearest of ways, but instead is sending you another spam email.

Getting insured with Store & Insure is a simple and straightforward process, easy to set up and taylor to your needs. The company is good to deal with. I didn't make any claims so I can't comment on that side of things. Seems good value to me.
