For a mortgage broker there is definitely some fishy stuff going on at Strategy Finance, the directors themselves appear to engage in fraudulent, slanderous and misleading activities, certainly not qualities to be expected of an upstanding and regulated, mortgage broker.

Having been a supplier of Alp's for quite some time, we find ourselves in a position whereby despite having sound agreements in place, and providing exactly what was agreed and contracted to as their supplier, they don't seem to want to pay for goods and services after over 12 months use, due to a dispute arising from incorrect information given by Strategy finance in a bid to receive reduced costings for a services agreement.

These guys had lied on an order form regarding current contractual terms (yes from a "mortgage broker") which has resulted in a £14k shortfall (that they are responsible for)

For the last 12 months, despite being offered many reasonable resolutions to a problem they created, they have continued to attempt to make my staffs life difficult, extort, slander, make false claims, again all for a problem that they had created themselves.

*Despite a ruling from the communications ombudsman*
(lied about this too on a slanderous review of our businesses services)

given the malicious attempt at trying to mislead my customers, and the false claims made publicly on our reviews, I’ve had no other choice than to post this, with the added benefit of maybe saving another supplier (hopefully not customer), finding themselves in a similar position.

given above and the fact these guys are mortgage brokers it’s also pertinent to note that the funder in question declined to underwrite the shortfall, as did 3 other tier 1 funders on our panel - make of that what you will!

Given above, the shortcomings in negotiating our contract, documented behaviour displayed, and my personal experience with both Serkan and Alp, I certainly wouldn't have these broker a mortgage of any kind

Terrible and slow communication. I gave them a call as they had good reviews and have thought the service will match that. We provided all needed documents and haven’t heard back for 1.5 months even after chasing. I found another mortgage advisor which called me back the next day after supplying all documents. Don’t waste your time. Would not recommend.
