Do not use. Had a Breslin on 21 November and have just finally received an offer of settlement. If I felt distressed and violated over the breakin it was nothing compared to how I felt by their offer. Offered in excess of £8K if I accept vouchers for a Company they receive discount with. Otherwise they will pay £2000 less as a cash settlement. Trust me what they deem to be "like for like" will bear no resemblance to yours!

Months to process a claim - seriously, do not use. I had to decide whether to laugh or cry when we got into the 4th or 5th month with no resolution. Direct line did it with within a week
