During this difficult time in the midst of Covid-19, I have been very impressed with the care my friend has had. I have also been given access to talk to my friend on Skype calls over the last 4 months. The residents are really well looked after and cared for. The staff took the time to address the needs of my resident in care. The activities that the team put on were very entertaining and, obviously, well planned. I haven’t seen my friend look so happy and contented. Keep up the good work, very impressed with the Streatfield house team.

My grand mother was in care at Streatfield house, I have to say the service she received was brilliant. The staff and management are friendly and go the extra mile, we were kept updated on changes and especially in these uncertain times. Highly recommend streatfield house.

My grandmother is very difficult and she expects them to do a lot of stuff that isn't part of their duties. I understand, but my grandmother is 87 and she doesn't understand, but she is glad she has company there. I am very relieved and impressed with Streatfeild House Instead. The care they provided for my grandmother is excellent with her care and very compassionate.

I had been on a search for a carehome for months.
It seemed like something always missing, until I came across Streatfeild house.
Nice and clean place with courteous staff. The staff goes above and beyond. They're passionate about what they do and treat you like family. Highly recommend!

Our family was referred to Streatfeild House care Home by our social worker.
We couldn't be more pleased with their service, Finding just the right home for your loved one can be a daunting and overwhelming process. Staff makes my Mom happy. They read together, sing together, laugh and work the daily crossword puzzle with her. My Mom and I have come to feel as though streatfeild is part of our family.
I trust you will be very pleased.
