Daniel, Anna and the Summit Financial Team have helped and supported me and my partner in our process to buy our first home. As first time buyers we did not have a lot of experience when it came to buying a property but turns out we didn't need to, the team has done everything on our behalf and was always happy to answer any questions that we might have (even outside the office hours) and made the process very smooth. 1.) Why Summit Financial Solutions - They tailor your needs and your circumstances. Prior to speak to Daniel and Anna from Summit Financial Solutions, I spoke to three more mortgage advisors and they were offering blanket services, and were not considerate. If you need someone to hear you first, document your needs, understand your situation and cater the best possible mortgage and even advice after things wrap up - Please speak to Daniel and Anna.

2.) What if you have issues in your profile - There could be particularly when you have such a volatile mortgage market and believe me Daniel and Anna knows their job and they will guide you in the best possible manner and if things aren't in your favour, you will know them.

3.) Post mortgage - I think they are now my life long mortgage advisors as I still keep asking them every now and then if I need a advise and they are happy to give me one (without a penny being charged 🙂 )

There are loads of brilliant mortgage advisors in the market, and we can't speak to all of them and we have to settle with someone, and I must say I am blessed to have found a good mortgage advisors.
