I dealt with Anna and she was great. Really friendly, chatty, really knew her stuff and it was just a pleasure to speak to her. Did a great deal and helped with an email for a link to some locks as well. I would recommend this company 100%.

Not yet used the insurance, but just bought one for my bike from them. James was very helpful. He explained all details and answered all my questions while kept it simple. Also, very responsive. I hope I don't need to use that insurance, but if I do, I will update this.

I moved insurance companies as my previous insurance company were very good with claims but the prices reached ridiculous new highs that we couldn’t afford. Sunday insurance have been super speedy with getting us set up on at a much more reasonable price, including a shared policy with my partner and flexibility to swap bikes when race season finishes and winter training begins. Highly recommend. We haven’t had to take a claim out yet but from the communication we’ve had I would really trust them if that had to unfortunately happen if something was to happen to the bike.
