Incredibly inept customer service….
Renewal time came constant texts and emails to renew policy…
I chose another insurance company to insure with emailed them even rang them to tell them now I have emails that I have to call in to pass a pop quiz before my new policy I DON’T WANT OR EVEN ASKED FOR CAN BE CANCELLED!!!!!!
Like I have nothing better to waste my time with!!!!
Incredibly disappointing thank god I never made a claim!!!!

Don't waste your time! They will be fine when setting up your policy but as soon as you're in with them the service falls apart. I have tried contacting them several times to make some changes to my policy but they can't be bothered to reply to half a dozen emails chasing them up so I'm going to cancel the policy and go elsewhere! Shocking service.

If I can give zero stars I would let’s just say they said I hadn’t paid even though I have a direct debit set up for years then tried to convince me they don’t do direct debit no more even though they been charging me on direct debit for ages so I’ve now cancelled my direct debit and will not be giving them my card details the guy on phone was unprofessional and basically made me out to be stupid I was like whatever lol I’ll go somewhere else sounds like I’m not the only person who had experienced this level of unnecessary unprofessional service.

Terrible, No contact once they have your money and no policy documents to show for it either . You can't reach them on the phone you get told they are busy, cut off, then told by automation they are closed for staff training !!!!!! no response to emails for 8 days

I have tried to contact this company for 2 weeks to get a quotation for insurance due to not being able to do it online. No one phones back and I keep getting told they are busy and will call me back. There is either a serious staffing issue or they just don't need the business. Having to source another insurance company now. Josh does not phone back!!

The worst insurance company!!!! They dont answer emails, phone calls and they never call back. Tried to contact them for 5 days and still no luck. Finally I was left without my business insurance policy one day before I started my new job.
The customer service said: "we don't know which insurance policy we could offer you as we are NOT ADVISORS" 🙁
