Travelled to the premises with my Longines watch, as their website said they repair and clean Longines.
The man answering the door looked puzzled to see me, and then advised they no longer do Longines.
Should they not alter their Web page.

Thank you Swico for repairing my watch and the goodwill gesture in doing this when it was out of warranty.

It is now working and holding it's charge as expected.

I appreciated their repeated effort's in resolving this and have passed on my thanks via email to those involved.

It's good to know some companies still offer excellent customer service and value their reputation !

I'm not sure what was the negative reviews all about as I had the most amazing walk-in service yesterday (29th March)! My watch just needed a brand new battery and I didn't expect that they can do it the same day. The kind gentleman was very friendly, helpful and very professional. I'm so grateful indeed. Thank you very much for your assistance! Highly recommended!

Really had to come on here to leave a great review as I was so impressed with the service.
The communication via email in the first instance was great, the online portal to register my watch before I sent it was super easy. They made postage nice and simple which was all paid for. The updates provided throughout was great and before know it my watch was back via tracked delivery.

Great, positive experience with Swico Watch Service Centre. Sent my Olivia Burton watch in to be repaired as it occasionally lost 30minutes. A replaced battery didn't seem to solve the problem, therefore the watch was sent in again and within days a new face had been sourced and the strap was replaced to ensure the new face matched the colour of the strap.

Excellent, friendly service with quick responses and communication direct to the individual dealing with the watch.

My Ferrari watch has been here a number of times for a repair, both warranty and accidental.

Always comes back with honest repair down to it and an assessment of its condition.

It was taken to a local repair shop to be told they couldn’t fix it back on, but this place always fix it.
