When my breakdown cover failed me I called T & M. The lady that answered the phone was friendly and really seemed to care about my predicament. Not only did Scott find me on the B road I was blocking really quickly, but he recovered me to Norfolk. A 5 star review for a 5 star service.

ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE SERVICE from Aaron !!! Went above and beyond to get me my husband mother, daughter and two annoying dogs to our final destination
! Not only retrieved the fully loaded car to a safe place but went the extra milesssssssss from Braintree to CLACTON ON SEA to ensure my family had the best start to our holiday!!!!!

A1 service from T&M Vehicles. This local company were sent as a recovery agent on behalf of the AA. Driver Will arrived within 20 mins of my call and recovered my vehicle back home quickly and efficiently. Even kindly offered to help me push it back onto my drive (I refused this bit!) A service that goes above and beyond; very professional, with clean trucks and photographic evidence of the entire exercise. If you're in a position where you need to use a recovery agent, at least hope for a service like these guys provide – it makes breaking down just a bit more bearable. Thanks T&M!

I broke down on Saturday evening, once my insurer got in contact with T&M , they got in touch with me and let me know what time they would be with me.
They got to me in good time, put my car on the trailer and took me home.
The driver was very polite and friendly. We had a good chat during the journey. It was a late night as I didn't get home till 3am but even though I was upset about my car, the driver made me feel better.
I would not have any concerns using this company again. Great service. Thanks again.
