Fantastic company to deal with. I’ve been buying multi property landlord insurance from them for five years. What I love is that they are a small company and there are no long phone waits. I dealt with the same person for 3 years. They are quick, efficient and friendly and I couldn’t ask for better service.

Been calling since yesterday. Tried all the options and no one picks up. If they have all gone on holiday then they should say so and amend hours so customers are not wasting time phoning non stop. Shocking way to run a business.
