I stumbled across Trevor Williams a few months ago, I needed an adapted van for both commuting and transporting a disabled relative, and ideally needed to part exchange two vehicles as I didn't have the time to deal with Joe public and all the paperwork etc, so not necessarily a straight forward transaction. Despite all of what we needed, we immediately felt at ease with Trevor when we came to view the vehicles which would potentially fit the bill. He took the trouble to line them all up together and in very clean and presentable condition. At not one time did it feel like we were standing with a stereotypical car salesman which many of us are familiar with, but instead just a guy who knew his stuff and readily offered up any help and answers to questions if needed. There was no pressure or sales jargon, just a down to earth chat about what we were looking for and what he had to offer, which eventually led to a sale. Couldn't have asked to have dealt with a nicer chap, from first visit through to the day of driving the vehicle away and sorting the warranty and beyond. Highly recommended and just goes to show you don't need to go to the likes of FoW or main dealerships to deal with trustworthy people or get good quality vehicles.

The used car market is a minefield and so hard to find just the car you need and more importantly at the right price.... At T Williams Car Sales you will find your solution right there! Had to find a car for my daughter and she had seen an advert for this company so I followed up her interest and called in to make an initial enquiry on the car she had seen. Met up with Trevor and immediately felt at ease. He told me all about the car and at no point did I feel pressured and with no 'hard sell' like you get at other dealers. Took the car for a test drive and he was more than happy to wait for my daughter to take a drive herself a day later and that was very much appreciated as you are always worried it will be sold to someone else if you don't pay there and then but this certainly wasn't the case with Trevor and he was a man of his word. There was a couple of things on the car that needed sorting and they were duly fixed by the day of pick up which again proved what a true genuine dealer he is. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic and made the daunting job of finding the right car so easy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, and I can't recommend Trevor enough for his professionalism and knowledge of what the customer wants.

Looked at reviews of T Williams before arranging test drive and thought no one can have all 5 star reviews.
I can honestly say that Trevor is a genuine,lovely man who provides customer service at it should be the golden rule "Treat others as you would want to be treated yourself"
I would definitely be recommending Trevor to everyone I know.

Just purchased a car from T.Williams car sales, lovely man and had some great cars on the forecourt, I wanted a few of them! Gave me a great trade in and I had a small fault on the new car and not only did he fix it quickly for me but offered me a lift home. Highly recommended.
