I cant rate TAG Financial highly enough; especially Lee.

We have recently secured a mortgage thanks to Lee and from the initial contact we felt secure in the knowledge that we would be given the best possible service.

Even though I'm sure the caseload is high, it never felt as though capacity was an issue and we felt like a complete priority and always felt a sense of care. It never felt as though we were on a time limit or we had to push for progress as Lee was so incredibly proactive.

The communication from Lee was always excellent and it was helpful to have an online booking tool to make an appointment to speak on the phone rather than go back and forth via email. We always felt comfortable and put at ease in times of occasional stress! The fact that we were always provided updates was so reassuring and it felt as though we always had an advocate who understood our needs.

The knowledge and experience as well as the customer care is second to none and I would highly recommend to anyone to use their services. I would never go anywhere else again!
