Taylor Brown & Simms have given excellent service from the start. The whole process was made so simple and easy by the very friendly team. The communication was strong and everything was explained in detail, following with regular updates by email or phone and there was always someone available for a quick reponse if I needed anything. Everything was done very quickly and professionally. There was no frustrations as they were keen and happy to help.

Completed the sale of our house today (yippee). It was all very new to us and Chris and Chelsie could not have been more supportive. From word go the communication was super friendly, efficient and never had to wait for a response to queries. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Not only was the service top notch, the price was the best around! Honestly could not recommend these more for sales and the rentals team are excellent too. There are lots of things to consider when selling your house and it isn't just a matter of thinking of a price and choosing the first agent that agrees with your valuation! You need a team that you can work with at all stages a team that are not only friendly, but great communicators , diligent and efficient. And Taylor Brown and Simms are all of that and more.
