After my garden wall was knocked down I was contacted by TBRN. I spoke to a pleasant lady who asked for any photos and cctv of the incident. Soon afterwards they arranged for a surveyor to detail the damage and 2 weeks later the local builders came to repair my wall. I was very impressed from the service and care I received from you in stark contrast to the firm whose driver carelessly knocked it down and drove off. My wall looks better than ever and I am so happy with their work. Dealing with TBRN and the builder was a great experience. You were the only people who apologised for the accident even though it had nothing to do with you.

We were really pleased with the work to a stone wall and pillar repair that's been carried out. The contractor was clean, tidy and pleasant and has done a great job so thanks very much. Communication with TBRN and Phillips Construction has been great also.

I had some damage to our render when I had sky fibre option installed by open reach. They admitted they’d damaged my house and used these guys.

Hold on to your hats. They then use a sub contractor that then contract out to a business that isn’t local. No phone calls, random portaloos delivered a week late then taken away weeks after, contractors (Pro Drive who then used a business called Wonderwall) coming late with no notice, equipment left out and three (it might’ve been four) times they had to come back again for snagging checks.

Accountability, communication and the standard of the service itself are all so poor. It’s like trying to nail jelly to the wall to get a quick answer or a solution as they just say they’ll contact the contractor. If you do say you’re not happy with the end finish it’ll be about two weeks before they respond.

TBRN send you texts, emails etc about feedback and it seems they just want the ticket/job closed as quickly as possible.
