There are great opportunities for personal growth along with continuous training and review. This ensures that our agents have the best knowledge and understanding of our policies and the customer knows what they are buying. Senior Managers are visible and approachable and are role models for the company. No complaints at all!

My case is similar to all the previous ones found here: my pet has a pre-existing condition (arthritis). Recently he was limping badly which due to breed and age could be caused by cancer. The only way of finding out if it was cancer was through X-rays. The claim was turned down because according to them the limping was caused by the pre-existing condition.
I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole!

We recently had to put in a claim through our pet insurance supplier, perfect pet insurance, after our collie injured her eye early in the morning. The claim to take an age to go through to only find out that they would not pay the full amount and deducted hundreds of pounds for:
Out of hours vets fees
Over market value medication

Our policy covers upto £4k worth of vets bills, but apparently not exactly.

Non of this is mentioned in the terms and conditions or lead out in the brochure of cover.
Now they are refusing to talk to us as the "matter is closed"

inconsistent, unprofessional crooks…
Before PP say I am not a valid customer my policy (until I recently terminated it AFTER my claims) is PERFPET230801 My dog recently had a lump removed from his muzzle near his nose by my local vet. It turned out to be a highly aggressive mast cell tumour. I was then referred to a dog cancer specialist who had to check his lymphs, liver, spleen etc for spread, and then they also removed the lymph identified with a spread of mast cells. Perfect Pet PAID for the removal of the initial lump from his muzzle, but then suddenly decided to decline my claim for the cancer treatment using 'dental/oral' exclusion wording that did not even apply to my policy, for an issue the vets have stated clearly was NOT dental or oral anyway. Despite being caught redhanded with their deception, I am still waiting for my money, (including the policy renewal they took after I cancelled the policy) an apology and compensation for their shocking attempt to avoid paying out.

An absolute crooks, just check their "perfect pet" trustpilot reviews, either top or the lower end ,if you're sensible you'll gather that these are super happy subscribes happened to find cheap insurance for their beloved pets. The opposite side are owners like me dealing with this /I can't pick the right words to describe/company. Please stay way away from them !
