Aaron Jones was extremely helpful, competent and courteous and put up with my never ending questions and complete ignorance for two days whilst he found me the perfect policy. I have no doubt that he will be there for me in the future should I ever wish to claim.
I would advise anyone to use this company and benefit from their expertise rather than try to go it alone and compare policies by themselves.

I really wanted to change insurer, but it seemed to be a big ask because, among other things, I am in my seventies and also I was keen to reduce my payment. I then heard a little of Tessa Alliance, and very soon Aaron Jones was on the job. I was in typically grumpy mood at the time, but Aaron managed to find me a most suitable quote. I am very pleased!

I spoke with Zain and he explained everything really well and was happy to go over things I asked him. I had never taken out healthcare insurance before, but wanted to after hearing a friend’s story of being in hospital. Responded with some scepticism to a pop-up advert on health insurance, having become increasingly disillusioned with my current provider. Called back by Aaron Jones of Tessa Alliance and was immediately impressed by the professional and courteous way my requirements were identified and options discussed. Followed up quickly within 24 hours with a proposed solution and a new policy is now in place. Importantly, also, is the confidence I have that I am in good hands with Aaron's guidance.

I been given excellent advice by Aaron Jones of Tessa Alliance on types of private health insurance available. Benefits were explained thoroughly and clearly on what was on offer from the major companies. He spent time talking through the process of making claims and how existing conditions were covered in future years. The costs for joint husband and wife cover were less than I expected. Aaron explained how we could reduce the costs in future years by using an app to record exercise such as walking to show we were quite fit. He also offered to help setting the app up should we have any difficulties. There is also a follow up meeting to make sure everything has gone as expected.
