I wanted an IFA who was also a Chartered Financial Planner to help me get my financial affairs in order and after talking to several from the "VouchedFor" website I chose to engage Paul. My immediate concern was whether it would be possible for me to retire early and Paul spent a lot of time talking to me and reviewing all my pensions/ISAs/investments and then came up with a detailed plan to help me achieve my goals. We talked this through to make sure I was comfortable with everything and then he did all the necessary work to move investments around. We are now about to have our first annual review to make sure things are on track and to tweak details if required.

Right from our initial contact, Paul has been very thorough with his reviews/analysis and he is very responsive and available when I have questions, always replying to emails within hours of me sending them or arranging a meeting if required. He is very organized and on top of everything which has been a source of re-assurance for me as this is such an important area of my life to get right. Paul is very easy to communicate with and is very patient, being happy to explain things several times over until I am comfortable. Between Paul and Philly (Philly is Paul's assistant) I feel very well supported in my financial affairs.

I first saw Paul for some advice on a protection policy I wanted to take out. I was so impressed with the service, I've used him ever since as my sole IFA. In the past I had different advisors for pensions, protection and investments but none were great and they didn't really join up. Paul's knowledge outstripped them all and made it so much easier to review everything simultaneously.
