Like other reviewers have experienced. Terrible customer service. Waiting 7 weeks now to resolve a car claim. Promises not carried out, not kept updated. FSA will be my next stop now. Shockingly poor!

Great place to work and extraordinary facilities. The park with it’s lake create such a good atmosphere for staff. The outside environment is also appreciated by different type of birds, creating an ecosystem which shows how man made sites can play their role for a better planet

Can’t describe enough how much of a terrible company these are. I have had to have compensation from them for mistakes in the past and to get compensation. It will give you an idea of how bad the mistakes are.
But the customer service is shocking. Call centres must have no staff because you have to wait at least two hours on the phone just to get somebody to adjust your insurance policy. Online login doesn’t work. And most of their stuff actually is carried out by underwriters rather than themselves. Absolute joke of company.

My daughter goes to nursery here while my wife works here. Absolutely phenomenal old school office in the best way. Great parking, good security, lovely views including of a lake. It also has a nice staff canteen and restaurant. Definite recommendation as a place of work. And oh, the nursery is fantastic too!

Worse insurance company I have come across with. They were liable for the accident that my car was involved. They said don’t worry we will sort everything out for you. Shocking service where they left me in a massive disadvantage as they have undervalued my car. I have asked for the engineer evaluation report which was never sent. They ignored my emails. They sent me apparently 2 errrors where they offered me a better deal/value and when I called to confirm they told me it was an error and that’s it they won’t negotiate. That’s the only offer either I take it or the other only option they told me would be take them to court. Their customer service and staff were very rude. Literally laughing to me over the phone and talking over me. I thought the All point of insurance companies is to leave me/us in the same position as I was prior the accident specially when they are fully responsable for my car damage.
Do not use Aviva.

Rang once got my insurance sorted so I thought then got bombarded with emails so had to ring again to find out the call handler didn't sort my call out so had to beg steal borrow to get a manager to finally have it sorted out

Worst of the worst

Told me to call them to be able to go through with my quote, been on the phone 8 hours in total just for an answer, half the time it doesn't even go through on hold.

They told me i couldn't proceed with them as i done too many quotes and that im not gonna drive the car that much (Even though i put only 4000 miles a year) and to find a different insurer. Please AVOID.

Awful customer service. 5 months trying to encash 2 life policies. Passed twice to escalation team, still nothing done. Formal complaint raised by solicitor. Now they require 20 working days to look into it. If not resolved then the ombudsmen will take over. Dont use this company. They are absolutely inept.
