We have worked with the Boss Partnership for a number of years and they have been fantastic. Sue has a great knowledge of our business and is always on hand to help or give advice. Earlier this year we also started using Boss to process our payroll. Conrad is always prompt with processing our monthly payroll and quick to respond to any questions we have. Been with Boss for a year now and could not ask for better, Always there for any question you have even if it's not in their remit of services they will get an answer for you. They do the graft and hard work so you don't have too. My first visit I asked for sparkling water which they did not have. When I turned up again they had Sparkling water for me. Attention to specific requirements you do not see very often anymore. I love it. All staff are helpful and nice. Megan is my go too and hasn't missed a beat. You get what you pay for and one of my best investments yet

My business is very small and Logan and Izabela always give me time and often make me feel like I am running a huge enterprise turning over millions! This is why I like the Boos Partnership...however small the business, it is always 5 star service. Louise, Office Manager is always there to help me with any queries, too, and is always so helpful and kind. The staff are all so lovely and the service is professional. My end of year accounts and VAT are completed in the timescale given, and are both presented in a professional manner. I would not go anywhere else for my accounts.

Having Conrad complete the monthly payroll is great, freeing up time for other office duties.
I know the payroll is carried out on time and always accurately without having to think about it myself.
If I have any queries Conrad answers emails quickly and is also at the end of the phone if needed. He is efficient, polite and approachable. I never feel like I'm being nuisance, he's always happy to help.
