Used the business clinic to complete a tax return, information was incorrectly submitted and items that could of been entered were missed. Errors not been picked up on either.

When we refused to pay until we had spoken to a manager, we were threatened with small claims court. Tried to call and email the manager, still to this day no reply. Forced to pay their bill.

Never known service like it.
