The Compliance Guys were very helpful with helping me gain my FCA Licence for my car sales company to be able to offer finance to our customers. UPDATE: Very pleased to be able to come back and edit this post. Following our rejection, the guys at Compliance Guys did live up to their expectation and helped us become regulated. Communication was great along the way. Special thanks to Jade for all her help along the way.

Horrendous experience to date. Promised I would be helped with FCA authorisation. On application, received a phone call from the FCA and was grilled for an hour about the documents submitted by The Compliance Guys. I had been told the process was straight forward, and had no idea this phone call would involve questioning me about the FCA handbook, otherwise I would have been able to prepare for this.

Advised by the FCA to withdraw my application otherwise it would be rejected, which could impact future applications. There is no refund of application fees, so £500 down the drain (along with the £680 paid to the compliance guys!)

Promised phone calls for weeks on ends from the compliance guys, with no follow up at all. Still waiting 4-5 weeks later for a plan - sick of chasing them up now to be honest.

Applying for FCA approval was quite a daunting experience until I found The Compliance Guys. Nick explained the whole process and ensured it was stress free and easy. He was on hand to answer any of my questions, we even had a call at 11pm one evening. Cannot recommend Nick and the team enough.
