Absolute awful agency. They are willing to lie through their teeth in order to squeeze unreasonable and illegal sums of money out of people. They work in partnership with dishonest clients to try and screw innocent people. I am not writing this in bitterness. The issue I had went to a tribunal and the outcome went in my favour. I just want to pre-warn people that if you have the misfortune of dealing with this agency, just make a note of all contact and any decisions made.
