Last year we used Faye Thompson from Mortgage Brothers when we spotted our dream home. We need not have worried, from our initial conversation with Faye and explaining our situation, she took it all in hand. Faye sourced us a good value product, with much better terms than our current provider, who we had been with for over thirty years was able to. Me and my partner put an offer in on a house slightly over our comfortable budget but then struggled an awful lot to actually achieve the affordability multipliers that were not taken into account by ourselves. We spoke with multiple lenders and brokers who promised everything but always backed out until we found Samantha Hems. From the first meeting with her she has been excellent with quick replies, great knowledge and relentless hard work. She made everything very clear and simple for us as first time buyers and never gave up through all the added complexities that arose. She then managed every little details through to life and critical illness policies.
