This was the first time I have had the pleasure of using the Mortgage Box as I have not had any dealings with property in over 15 years, my broker Eric was the most helpful and Honest mortgage adviser I have ever dealt with. He was honest and forthcoming at every step of my application and literally only put my financial needs first and foremost which I have not experienced in the past when dealing with other mortgage advisers / brokers he was extremely down to earth and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed from the very beginning.

Very good things to say about this company and Ernie in particular. Always available and kept us up to date with options and lenders with a top 5 list of potential lenders. Has whole of market options so very flexible. Managed to speak to the underwriting team when necessary. So we were not at the whim of an algorithm- "Computer says no". Went direct to our bank initially but wasted a lot of time and we were referred to TMB. Great result.
