This is the first time I have used TMC and it’s been a pleasant experience. A few minor suggestions would be for the main advisor to pick up the phone instead of emails where possible, understand what my future plans and see the opportunity of who we can work together, especially where I am pulling out so much equity, discuss pros ans cons about possible Mortage products/lenders.

All in all, the service was swift and I will hope to work with them again as Peter has great knowledge of the property market and even if I am not dealing with him personally, I would like that same expertise from his team.
