I came across Jon at the Procurement Hive in June of this year following a redundancy and a subsequent recommendation from a ex-colleague. I met with Jon and he instantly re-worked my CV to ensure it was well received by Procurement hiring managers. We discussed my ambitions and expectations and he went away to his extensive contacts list to find suitable roles. Within 3 days he had found an excellent role and connected me with the hiring manager. He then organised a call to prepare me for the interview (which in hindsight was extremely valuable). Following this I had 2 interviews through which Jon stayed in contact between interviews to check how they had gone. I ended up landing the role 21 days after being made redundant and Jon at the Procurement Hive was no doubt integral in that. Further to landing the role and the fast turnaround. I think the aspect that sets Jon and the Procurement Hive apart from other agencies is the post-hire care. Jon has called me periodically in my first 4 months of my role to ensure I’d settled in well and had everything I needed to succeed. It was a pleasure to work with Jon and I would urge anyone in the Procurement industry to contact the Procurement Hive if they are looking for a role. I certainly will be getting in contact if I am looking for a new role in the future.
