These guys are amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure to follow up with the insurance and get everything approved and going in a timely manner. They were done with the entire roof in 1 day. The most impressive, friendly, and helpful was Zach. He always followed up with me about any questions or issues that I had immediately. He even went further above and beyond to help me out and put silicone on the gutter corners that were previously leaking when it rained. Also after the roof was installed, I had a small issue that was handled very fast by Zach and Joel. I highly recommend these guys.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The owner has manipulated these reviews. This company took every dime from our insurance, claim to do work that they did not do or complete, what little work they did do was not done correctly, the owner uses intimidation when he does not like negative feedback, has left my basement more damaged than the initial damage was, was more worried about closing his books than helping us get the work needed done, uses his own construction company to do the work without giving the homeowner an option, After making numerous inquiries was called complainers and was told good luck getting the money you are entitled to. Stay far away.

Jalan Wright left a card under my door mat, i have a sign posted on door NO SOLICITING NO EXCEPTIONS, w a list of unwelcomes noted. The sign is the same as me telling you personally GET OFF MY PROPERTY SALESMAN. i posted a photo of sign, you can see it from a distance, now I have to remove my door mat to help stop this. You should have a company policy to obey No SOLICITING signs,they are there for a reason. THANKS

THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY I'VE HAD. THEY WORKED FROM 7AM TO 7OR 8 PM .THEY CLEANED EVERY PART OF THE YARD. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. VERY RESPECTFUL.

A special shout out to Tony with The Region Public Adjusters! Simply put we would not have a new roof and gutters on our home if it was not for Tony and staff. They did the work to make it happen. All of our questions were answered. There was never any pushing or rushing. Everything went smooth. The work on our home looks great. We highly recommend The Region Public Adjusters. Highly recommend Region Public Adjusters for your roofing needs. I had a small area of water damage on my ceiling, with an exterior roof deck directly above. I had been quoted thousands of dollars by other roofing companies for repairing the floor of my roof deck but Tony and Javy came out on short notice and inspected things and found the issue to be something completely unrelated to the deck floor and something I could fix myself with a $10 tube of sealant. I also used them to replace my garage roof and repair an area on my house roof that had caused some minor leaking - they even worked with me to get the work done earlier than discussed to beat some severe storms in the forecast.

What a satisfying experience! this was the best home improvement company we have ever contracted with. From Anthony to the crew.. they were super courteous and protective of our property while roofing our home. The crew worked non stop. We looked forward to doing our siding in the future. Would not hesitate to call them for next project!!!!
