We had an amazing experience with The Towbar Man (South)! My wife and I were struggling to find a tow bar solution for our Genesis GV60 — most places didn’t even bother trying. But these guys went above and beyond to help us, found the right setup, and did a flawless job with the installation.

They were always reachable, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting everything just right. We also bought a bike rack from them, and the full setup works perfectly. We’re now finally able to get out and explore with our bikes!

Can’t recommend The Towbar Man (South) highly enough — proper five-star service from start to finish.

Porsche Macan - I contacted Mark to discuss having a tow-bar fitted, I didn’t know much about it but he explained everything really well. He explained that there would be a cut under the rear bumper and sent me images of how this would look.
I had the tow-bar fitted today by himself and Josh.
The work was done very quickly at the workshop and it looked great. They connected the electrics too. You can barely see the cut under the bumper!!
Everything was explained in full. All in all an excellent service and price too. Very happy, now I can get my bikes on the bike carrier and take them with us on our trips. Well done guys.

Mark and Josh fitted a detachable tow bar, complete with electrics, to my Porsche Macan in an hour and a half and it looks as though they did nothing!

There is absolutely nothing to show or suggest that there is anything installed from the rear of the vehicle, but with just a click and a check there is a tow bar fit to tow up to 2,500Kg. Another click and it's disappeared. Utterly Amazing.

The standard of work is excellent and everyone there: Mark, Josh and Becky work really well as a team.

Very highly recommended.

Really great service from beginning to end. I had a removable tow bar and electrics fitted to my Citroen Cactus. Very knowledgeable friendly polite and caring company. Whilst the work was being carried out I walked a few minutes to a very nice cafe for breakfast and to do some work. When I returned an hour and a half later the work on the car was complete. I’m extremely happy with the Installation, especially as you cant see any sign of the tow bar when it’s removed. Fantastic ! 😎👍

Excellent company, exactly what a family run business should be like! From the very first quote to the finished job I could not be happier with the service I received from Mark and the team. The communication was excellent through the entire installation, and even with a problem with the wiring (my Ranger being an older model but with newer electrics installed) this was no problem, guaranteed next morning delivery with the new part, it came earlier than expected so they had me in earlier than my appointment. The work carried out was extremely neat and also extremely thorough with the testing. This family run business was a complete breath of fresh air, clearly customer relations mean a lot and it showed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Well done to you all! 5 Stars are not enough!

Had a tow bar fitted today. Not typically the sort of thing that I might be impressed by, however, the job was superb - advised on a great option for install that exceeded my expectations; great value for money; took two thirds of the time; great handover instructions. I would strongly recommend these guys if you're after having a towbar fitted
