Our company use The Travel Group for the full range of travel services including flight and hotel bookings. My main contact, Stacy, is a pleasure to deal with and goes above and beyond to ensure my travel experience is a positive one. On the rare occasion I have an issue with a hotel reservation while overseas the support given to me by Stacy has been superb, quickly rectifying any problem with the accommodation provider.
