No response when applied online 48 hours ago, but then get a how did we do to rate them, unsure what to rate them on in this case. Update* got a response from them, so now can give a rating on the application process, very easy to use and self explanatory. Awaiting card so will give a more detailed review once I have the card. Not had to call customer care at all so far, so I always take that as a good sign.

Easy to apply for, and you get notified almost straightaway, as to whether you have been accepted for a card or not. Took about a week after acceptance for my card to arrive. Only issue I had, is that my card, and letter with my PIN number, arrived together, and they should have been posted separately. The app is easy to navigate, and the process of setting everything up is straightforward.

Was not really impressed with the cold call I received whilst I was out driving didn't know who it was and was not prepared to discuss my banking or spending on the phone with someone I didn't know the company should at least email first to introduce themselves and invite you book a call date and time that suits if you are interested

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH ALL I SPOKE WITH BIT DIFFICULT AT TIMES WITH NOISE AND LANGUAGE PROBLEMS SO I MORE IMPRESSED THAT THEY UNDERSTOOD ME (AWAITING OPERATION ON MY MOUTH) EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT THEY WERE PRECISE REPEATED WHAT I DIDN'T CATCH OR UNDERSTAND WOULD HAPPILY RECOMMEND CARD TO OTHERS I HAVE BEEN ILL FOR A LONG TIME SO I HAD SOME FUN TRIED DIFFERENT SHOPS BUT MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS 1ST CLASS THANX SO VERY VERY MUCH

I was quite surprised to hear from you so soon after applying and even more surprised to be accepted. Then when I saw the credit limit my surprise turned to absolute incredulity. All in a good way. So far I am very happy with the service, but the card hasn't arrived yet it's too soon I should think. You would be better off getting back to me in a couple of weeks.

Super fast application and acceptance . Rates are reasonable and I was given a good limit ( more than expected ) . Card and pin arrived within the time period given . I’ve not used the card as yet , but when I do I plan to use it sensibly and within my limits . Down loaded the app quickly and easily .

The application forms were easy to complete. It told me I was successful then sent me to another page which I filed in then nothing happened. Would it be possible to tell me how I stand . Am I going to receive a card. Or have I been declined.
