Like all parents pleased when our darling children pass their driving test but overwhelmed with choice and confused when choosing an insurance provider without having to remortgage your house. Luckily for me I found think insurance and fortunate to speak to Jason the manager. He explained everything so clearly to me with no hard sell and made very valid points about the cheaper policies not being as cheap as they claimed. He was very honest and very thorough and I would highly recommend this company . Thank you Jason

Picked up a brochure from my local driving test centre for my granddaughter who was learning to drive a few months ago. Well she passed her test this week. There were 3 different insurance companies in the brochure and think insurance was on the back page. On the 31st of October I phoned the 2 other companies and they were roughly the same price. The last one I tried was think insurance and I'm really glad I did. The person I spoke to his name was Jamie. I explained what I needed for my granddaughter and he took all the details and they were a few hundred pounds cheaper than the other companies. I said to Jamie I wouldn't be seeing my granddaughter till the 1st and he said that he would have to speak to her as well and he would phone at 09:30, and he was true to his word. Jamie explained everything so my granddaughter understood what is happening.

What can I say been with this company a few years now had no issues and very easy to talk to and very stress free.
They text you and also call you to remind you when you policy is about to expire that’s perfect when I’ve got a busy week and end up forgetting
The staff are very professional and polite and can help with most things
Will definitely recommend to people

Excellent service at Think insurance.
I'm sure most of us hate having to trawl through getting insurance quotes. Using 'compare' insurance type sites can start an avalanche of unwanted canvassing contact - usually by companies that only want to bother with people that fit into all their 'tick boxes' for all those questions.
However, I had excellent service from Tim (Jones) at Think Insurance. Professional, polite and clearly willing to put himself out to provide a good service and to make sure that the insurance that he was offering was a good fit for my requirements.

RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL UNRESPONSIVE
I give one star only because the receptionists were always polite.
Terrible experience with Think Insurance. They raised my premium significantly despite my 10+ years no claims bonus. When I switched to a cheaper provider, they ignored my repeated requests for the no claims bonus document. The renewal team was rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Avoid this company—they’re unreliable and only care about taking your money.
