Why do they never answer the phone? Why do emails bounce back? How on earth do you make contact with them?Do they even exist or have I been paying £19 a month to a scam? All was well for years paying by card,never made a claim so no contact was needed but then I lost my eyesight and needed to set up a direct debit I managed to make contact on the 22nd February (the first and last time)and was told to phone back 6th April to set it up.I have been trying all day every day from 9- 4.30 but can’t get past the recording,I tried emailing the site which the recording suggested but it doesn’t exist,went online to track another which promptly bounced back but also a lot of reviews from people saying the same thing that they cannot contact them,if Thisle read this your customer service leaves a lot to be desired and I am now looking for a reliable company that does answer the phone and that do appreciate their long term customers.very bad company and would worn others to avoid!
