I used to use Practical Law Company every day - now owned by Thompson Reuters. I wanted to take a free trial to see whether or not to independently purchase PLC again. Reuters provided me with a 1 hour walk through of the latest website and content, which looked good - and I was assured that the free trial would be arranged. I followed up three times by email and never even got a response. However you look at it, that is very poor and frankly quite unprofessional.

Worst news organisation in the history of our universe. This is what their "website" looks like -- two thirds of the screen taken over by ads. Oh and did I mention this is what PAYING CUSTOMERS see? Lol
