Barrie was brilliant from start to finish. He installed a full home security system for us, including CCTV, and the standard of work was excellent. He was incredibly professional, took the time to explain the differences between the two camera options he recommended, and gave me all the information I needed without any pressure at all. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with patience. I felt confident in the decisions I made thanks to his clear and honest advice. Once installed, he gave me a really thorough walkthrough of how everything worked. Would absolutely recommend.

After obtaining 3 quotes for the installation of an alarm system in my new home, I opted for this company partly as they were the best on cost. In addition, I had a fast response to price up the job and it was completed very efficiently and rapidly. Barry and Mark were extremely tidy and friendly and Barry has subsequently given me help and advice with the alarm system which is new to me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is looking to have a security alarm system fitted. An extremely positive experience.

I can highly recommend Barrie and Mark for the professional and friendly service they provide. Had both alarms and CCTV fitted by them. Competitive price and good backup provided when needed. Everything works as it should and they leave your home clean and tidy. Good to chat to too 😀

After obtaining several quotes for a CCTV system I concluded that the quote from Barrie (Thorpe Security Systems) seemed the best in terms of equipment and cost. I was not disappointed! Barrie and Mark fitted the system just a couple of days after I accepted the quote. They completed it within one day and it was clear that they took a pride in their work. The job was neat and tidy, and they were friendly and efficient. They were quite happy to discuss aspects of the system which I raised (and gave me some useful advice on other electrical items). I was very impressed with all aspects of the job they carried out. I would strongly recommend them. They will be my first port of call if I require further jobs within their field of expertise.

Thorpe Security Systems have recently renewed the security system at my home and I have been impressed by their workmanship and patient installation. They turned up on time, fully consulted my wife and I, have carried out a very neat job and finally billed us at a price lower than the original estimate (and that includes two small extra jobs).

As the original installer refused to answer my emails etc out of shear frustration I contacted Baz hoping he would be able to help me. The system I have is one that Thorpe Security do not deal with but guess what, they were up to the task and sorted out my issues. Full marks and gratitude go to Baz. For any future work or maintenance I have no concerns that Thorpe Security will be able to deliver and pull me out of a mess. Thank you Baz 🤝👍

Called Thorpe secruity and the price looked great for what was being installed. Came out after just a couple days after agreeing and did a fantastic job, can rest at night now knowing have a great cctv system in place, thanks Thorpe secruity would recommend these guys to everyone.
