Very poor and unprofessional consultancy. The commissioned Flood Risk Assessment (for which full up-front payment is demanded by the proprietor) was inaccurate and incomplete. Amendments to initial (and substandard) first draft were sluggish and still inaccurate when basic errors were pointed out. Further correspondence seeking correction went unanswered, adding delay to our planning submission. In the end we had to find a new consultant for the FRA.

A complete waste of time and money, the document produced was neither fit for purpose nor was it legible. Furthermore, I was required to make full payment up front which in hindsight was a very bad decision. From the moment the payment had cleared the promised 'professional service' evaporated completely.
Do your research, find a professional and don't be tricked into making payment up front!
