I would highly recommend Craig for anyone looking for first-rate mortgage services.

I did approach a number of mortgage brokers in the first instance who were unable to help me I feel mainly due to the complex nature of my enquiry.

I was looking to move home and was seeking a large Company Director Mortgage on the back of my latest year’s Companies Accounts as the main lending multiplier on a Non-Standard Construction Build Type. Yeah tough!

Craig initially approached a number of his connections within high street lenders in an aim to get me the best rate possible on the market. Unfortunately, this did not work out due to the lenders strict policy on build type.

We then approached a Specialist mortgage lender connection to finally get my mortgage offer.

I found Craig to be very persistent to get a deal over the line and accessible 24/7 for assistance and reassurance through what can be a very stressful process.

Craig provided us with an excellent service throughout the whole process of getting a mortgage. My son is self employed and would also need me, his Father aged 67, on the mortgage. This made finding a mortgage for us quite a bit more difficult for Craig. However, he didn’t give up and eventually find us a lender with sensible interest rates. He was also every helpful when liaising with the seller and our solicitor. Without his commitment I think my son would have lost the house and we would be back to square one.
