What can I say? Richard and Josh have been the most amazing guys to deal with from start to finish and my situation was a tedious and lengthy one!
The communication was second to none and that is very important to me. They went above and beyond to assist me and were fantastic at explaining things I didn't understand as well as offering advice in the field that they are very knowledgeable with.
I've formed a great working relationship with both Richard and Josh and I'm already back in touch with them to help me with another transaction. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Seriously cannot recommend them enough.

Richard is fantastic! He helped me through the process of buying my first home which was a house that went to auction. During the process he even spotted things within the auction pack that meant the sale went on hold for a few weeks until resolved. Without that help I could of easily not noticed those issues and had bigger problems further down the line, thankfully he caught them and the sale continued after resolving the problem. Richard was very informative, kind and broke things down so I could understand them. He even advised me about things in regards to solicitors and other areas outside the scope of 'mortgage advisor'. Can't recommend him enough!
