I had a fantastic experience at the Bond Street Tiffany store today. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was delightful and inviting, with the welcome manager at the door quickly understanding our needs and seamlessly connecting us with the right person.

A special thanks to Chahat, who provided exceptional service. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping us find the perfect ring. After a less-than-pleasant experience at another branch, the professionalism and kindness shown by Chahat and the entire Bond Street team made all the difference. The staff's positive attitude and the store's elegant ambiance turned what could have been a stressful search into a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. We left with a beautiful ring that we absolutely love.

Visiting Tiffany’s Old Bond Street is not a bad experience…once you get through all the pointless queueing and waiting they subject you to. First, on arrival, you’re often held at the door for no apparent reason - they make you queue even when the store is pretty empty, usually with a very cold and unfriendly doorman not interacting even when you just want to ask a question. They should at least have staff that welcome / update people queuing outside. And if you’ve bought something and are there for aftercare, it’s even worse as once you eventually get inside, you get taken to the back and have to wait yet again. Even when it’s not too busy, they don’t have enough staff, or the staff are sat at the desk ignoring you. They should have more staff (there are 3 desks there and you’re lucky if 2 of them are staffed at any one time) and at least have some refreshments there if you have to sit there waiting for half an hour just to pick up your item.

Absolutely rude. We were told to wait and someone will be with us,(we had specific items we wanted to see) but ended up waiting almost 20 mins- note: we were the only people in the store. No further acknowledgement was given to us, or an update or apology , so we decided to leave.

I definitely recommend the experience of going to this shop and buying a nice high-quality piece of jewellery. Both the experience and the jewellery are unforgettable ❤️. My customer advisor, Tina Lok, was outstanding 👏. I felt valued and appreciated. She is an important asset for the company. The store is in the heart of Old Bond Street, and the ambience and decoration are gorgeous. If you want to buy any piece of jewellery to someone special, I recommend going to this store. Well what can I say! this company has no an ounce of goodwill.
My daughter took back a wedding band for her oncoming wedding, unfortunately the groom changed his mind I think you can say jilted. If thats not hurt enough the store refused a refund and a credit note. Still in box tied with bow and never been opened.
In the past her and fiancee had bought numerous items from them.
Absolutely SHAME on you Tiffany's. Snobbery at its best!!

We visited Tiffany Old Bond Street last week in order to buy a wedding band. We had a very nice welcome at the front door and we dealt with Tina L. Tina was very friendly, polite and helpful. I was torn between two rings, Tina put absolutely no pressure on me and was very patient. I eventually picked the ring and I am very happy. We would highly recommend this Tiffany store and Tina. Thank you!
